The Giants woukd like to request that the commishiner put our game 1 against the Brewers yesterday under protest for 2 reasons: 1. Ryans home run was fair, can't wait to see the video 2. Caufield pitched 11 innings total yesterday, according to rule 19.04 in the rulebook he was only allowed to pitch 10. Thanks

Brewers protest our week 2 game where the ball hit Tims foot which would have been 2 on no out down by 2 in the 5th instead of a double play.
That ball was very foul, I'm the only one that had a look at it. Go to the video all day, I'm certain it was foul, as are you since Ryan so easily gave up the argument and went back in the box.
Caufield thing, you probably should have called that at the time. What are we going to do replay the bottom of the 6th you down by 3 bases? Come on man, we played a great series, you win some you lose some.

No one actually broke a rule that's posted in the rule book. Yesterday the Brewers actually violated rules. I'm not really stressed about it but it is pretty annoying that you call this guy up who should be in the majors but decided not to play in the majors just to face us. Especially since you had 3 guys there on your actual roster that CAN pitch.

I'm getting even saltier thinking about how last year it seems like you screwed us every chance you got as well.

So yeah we would like tocstart either in the 3rd inning up 1-0 or bottom 6 down 3 bases without caufiled on the mound

Kind of like batting out of order, you have to call it during the game. I don't think the HR was fair. You can't tell with 100% certainty from the video but it doesn't look like that was a fair ball. Video

This should definitely be heard though. For him to pitch 11 innings- against the rules. This is the perfect situation for a protest. You wouldn't call it out in the middle of the inning. You wait to see what happens, he pitched and the Giants didn't score so that would be a great reason to protest. They should definitely go back and replay the bottom half.

The Diamondbacks would like to protest the outcome of the game in 2015 when the Mariners called up Matt Fliesser, who wasn't even in the league and was drafted by the Diamondbacks, when the Mariners already had more than enough players who could pitch and hit.

It is what it is honestly. We're not dwelling on the past. We're preparing for Robles and Weiner. And anyone else on the Padres and Yankees.

VideoIt doesnt look fair because the foul pole isnt in the video. The wiffleball curved right iver the pole, you can see in this video that its starting to curve that way. Thats what wiffleballs do

Litterally every call went the brewers way on sunday, but like ryan said it's whatever tho. If we only had 1 win going into last week we'd try to salavge one anyway possible too.
