Page four will have all the 2013 rule changes. There are a few things in the rulebook that are probably going to be confusing. I am open to any and all suggestions to re-word the rules to make them less confusing and more clear.
Here are a few things that haven't changed but are often confused:
11.01 Any batted ball that goes over the pitchers head will be considered a fly ball. Any batted ball that goes under the pitchers head will be considered a grounder. If it's too close to call it will be considered a fly ball.
12.00 Pitchers can field a stopped ball as long as they don't turn around and show their numbers to do it.
13.04 If a player makes a move toward second and the other player isn't there to make the double play. The player can still go home for one out.
